The Ritual Store Manager (RSM) is where you can easily receive orders, manage inventory and your store operations. Whether you're using your own device, or one purchased from Ritual, you're only a few steps away from activating your account!
If you're using a Ritual device, skip ahead to connect your device.
Setting Up Your Own Android: Download the RSM App
To use your own device to receive customer orders, you'll need to:
- Have an Android device (version 6.0 or higher).
- Install the Ritual Store Manager app on your chosen device.
❗️Note: The app is only available on the Google Play Store and not on the Apple App Store or the Amazon Appstore.
To get started:
- Ensure your device is connected to WiFi.
- Download the Ritual Store Manager app from the Google Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.ritual.partner.mercury
- Once downloaded, open the app and proceed with the next steps outlined below.
Connecting Ritual Store Manager to Your Partner Portal
When you have your device, watch this video or follow these next steps to connect it to your store:
- Select your preferred language, and click 'Confirm'.
- Click 'Connect' on the second screen. This will bring up your device WiFi page where you can search and connect to your store's WiFi. Once connected, go back to the Ritual Store Manager app.
- You'll see a 6-character alphanumeric code on the screen, along with instructions to link your device to your account.
- Log in to your Partner Portal account.
- Navigate down to 'Settings' on the left-hand side of the portal.
- Click on the 'Store Configurations' tab.
- Scroll down to the In-Store Device section, and click on the 'Link Device' button.
- Enter the code found on your device. Click on the 'Link' button to pair the device.

Your device should now be connected! If you have any issues linking your device, please contact our support team. Ensure that your device is connected to WiFi, and be ready to share the code!
Activate & Start Accepting Orders You're almost there! Ensure you've checked your menu, and configured all your store settings on the portal.
Test Order If you'd like to see how orders come in on your device, or train your staff on accepting orders, click on 'Settings' > 'Training (Sample Orders)' from the app. Follow the prompts to walkthrough accepting or rejecting an order.
Go live! When you're ready to go, simply click on the 'Start Accepting Orders' button on your device, and your account will be live on the Ritual platform! |

Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Manage Your Store: You can adjust your operating hours, manage inventory and check sales summary similar to the Partner Portal.
- Stay Awake: Always ensure to keep your device plugged in to the power! The app will keep your device awake if it's opened on the foreground to ensure you don't miss any orders.
- Printer: You can pair your device with a Bluetooth receipt printer to print out receipt chits. This can be found in the in-app settings.
