Ritual's Partner Portal is a website that allows you to monitor your store's performance, seek insights from data, and improve sales and customer experience. It also allows owners with multiple stores to view data for all stores under a single account.
Step 1: Check Your Email
You should have received an invitation from Partner Updates (partners@updates.ritual.co) with the subject line: Ritual Partner Portal - Invitation to Join.
❗️If you can't find the email, please check your spam/junk, or promotions folders.
Step 2: Join the Account
Open the email and click on the 'Join This Account' button. This will take you to the Ritual Partner Portal account creation page, where you'll be asked to create a password for yourself.
❗️If you have previously created an account and logged into the Partner Portal, you do not need the invite!
Instead, head over to https://partner.ritual.co/login to log in. If you do not remember your password, click on 'Forgot Password' to receive a reset link at your email. |

Step 3: Create a New Password
On the login page, you will be prompted to create a new password for yourself.
- Ensure you meet the specified password requirements.
- Use the email address associated with the invitation as your login email.
❗️Multiple stores on the same account If you have more than one store on Ritual, use the "Search Stores" feature at the top left corner to pull up the new location in a new tab. |
Once you've created your password, click 'Next' to access the Partner Portal dashboard and start exploring all of its features!
